Job summary

Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience managing pharmacy-chain/key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Established relationships with pharmacy-chain stakeholders and category managers.
• Proven track record achieving sales targets with negotiations, promotions, trade investments, and terms.
• Based in Riyadh with regular travel across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with pharmacy key accounts across KSA.
• Develop JBPs with sales objectives, promotional calendars, and trade activities.
• Lead customer negotiations on rebates, promotions, marketing activities and terms.
• Drive portfolio performance, distribution, and visibility across accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and field teams.
• Provide accurate account forecasts and ensure stock availability.
• Analyze account performance, sell-in/sell-out, and KPIs to identify actions.
• Prepare regular account reviews and management presentations using Excel/PowerPoint.
• Travel regularly to visit assigned customers across Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure compliance with Galderma policies and local laws.
