Job summary

Galderma Arabia Limited is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive in the Jeddah area to promote our dermatology portfolio to pharmacies and healthcare professionals. You will execute field visits, build long-term relationships, and ensure visibility of Galderma brands across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (science/pharmacy) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in dermatology.
• Strong track record of developing and engaging customers and delivering on targets.
• Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic.
• Experience in territory and distributor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned field visits to pharmacies, pharmacists, and designated healthcare professionals in line with territory plans and segmentation targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy chains, and key retail stakeholders to drive product recommendation and growth.
• Strengthen engagement and loyalty toward Galderma brands through scientific promotion and professional customer service.
• Ensure visible positioning of Galderma products across assigned pharmacy accounts and maintain brand leadership.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to avoid shortages and ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Implement company marketing plans, including in-store activations and promotions.
• Conduct product detailing and educational sessions for pharmacists and staff to communicate benefits and messages.
• Organize pharmacy-focused meetings and promotional events aligned with business objectives.
• Educate pharmacists on Integrated Dermatology Strategy (IDS) and cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
• Monitor territory trends and prepare performance analyses and reports.
