Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience in the sales field, ideally in beauty/dermatology/skin care.
• Solid sales experience with a track record of engaging customers and delivering on targets.
• Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic.
• Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned field visits to pharmacies, pharmacists, and designated healthcare professionals in line with territory coverage plans and segmentation targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy chains, and key retail stakeholders to drive product recommendation, growth and loyalty.
• Strengthen engagement toward Galderma brands through scientific promotion, professional customer service, and effective relationship management.
• Ensure visibility and positioning of Galderma products across pharmacy accounts and maintain the company image as a leader in dermatology and skincare.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to ensure optimum inventory and avoid shortages.
• Implement company plans including in‑store activations, promotions, merchandising, and pharmacy education initiatives.
• Conduct product detailing, presentations, and educational sessions for pharmacists and staff to communicate product benefits and campaigns.
• Organize pharmacy-focused meetings and promotional events aligned with business objectives.
• Educate pharmacists on Galderma’s Integrated Dermatology Strategy to promote complete skincare solutions.
• Monitor resources and budgets, and report territory performance and market trends.
• Handle complaints professionally and report pharmacovigilance cases per policy and regulation.
