Job summary

Maseera is seeking a Deputy Finance Manager to oversee financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting and robust budgeting. You will manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with tax and Zakat obligations while developing strong internal controls.

You will support the Finance Manager in strategic planning and decision-making, and supervise the finance team to drive financial performance and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in financial management.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and Zakat requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and decision-making abilities.
• Good command of English is preferred.
