Job summary

Maseera is seeking a Finance Executive (Saudi) to support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate records, timely reporting, and strict control of income and expenses at our venue.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and strong attention to detail; hospitality industry experience is a plus. You will collaborate with other departments on budgets and financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting; hospitality or leisure experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and review daily financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment requests, expense reports, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and payment transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with monthly closing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and well‑organised financial records.
• Support audits and ensure finance procedures follow company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments on budgets, costs, and financial documentation.
