Client of Aroma City Group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, reporting, and financial governance in a large logistics/ FM environment. The role demands IFRS expertise, strong control environment, and strategic insight for sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will oversee month-end closings, tax compliance, and process improvements, with a 12+ year track record in finance and partnerships with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CMA is a strong advantage.
• 12+ years of finance and accounting experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems; MS Dynamics preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Immediate or within a 30-day notice period.
• Salary Package: SAR 25,000 per month (total package).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Planning: Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of financial statements and management accounts.
• Variance & Cost Analysis: Monitor performance against budgets and recommend actions to optimize profitability.
• Treasury & Liquidity: Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, working capital, and banking relations.
• Period-End Closings: Direct month/quarter/year-end closings with reconciliations and controls.
• Statutory & Tax Compliance: Ensure IFRS adherence, local regulations and audits.
• Process Improvement & Systems: Drive automation and control enhancements across financial ops.

Our client is a leading large-scale company in the field of Logistics and Facility Management. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure robust governance, and provide strategic insights to support sustainable operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Planning: Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate financial statements, management accounts, and performance reports for leadership.
• Variance & Cost Analysis: Monitor actual financial performance against budgets, analyze operational cost variances, and recommend corrective actions to optimize profitability.
• Treasury & Liquidity: Direct cash flow forecasting, liquidity, working capital management, and banking relations to secure sufficient operational funding.
• Period-End Closings: Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles, ensuring complete reconciliations, asset safeguarding, and strong internal controls.
• Statutory & Tax Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards (IFRS), statutory regulations, and Zakat and tax requirements while managing external audits.
• Process Improvement & Systems: Drive process automation, internal control enhancements, and reporting tool optimizations across financial operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA is a strong advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Technical Systems: Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems; MS Dynamics is preferred.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Availability: Immediate or within a 30-day notice period.
• Offered Compensation: Salary Package: SAR 25,000 per month (total package).
