Job summary

GDC Middle East الشركة السعودية لتهيئة و صيانة الطائرات seeks a Property Control Specialist to administer property accountability in line with DoD, FMS Saudi Arabia, and GDCME rules. You will help maintain records, perform property audits, and coordinate asset transfers across departments.

The role covers requisition, inventory control, disposal planning for surplus equipment, and supporting the Property Book Manager with goal-oriented execution and regular guidance to teams.

Qualifications

• Experience handling government or contractor property in a controlled environment.
• Familiarity with asset tracking, records maintenance and disposition processes.
• Ability to conduct property audits and provide guidance on accountability.

Responsibilities

• Administer supply chain management including requisition and inventory of property.
• Maintain 100% accountability of all supplies and equipment records.
• Sign for property records and conduct regular inventories as directed.
• Coordinate equipment transfers, additions, deletions, and deliveries with customers.
• Maintain sub-hand receipt files for equipment issued to individuals in other departments.
• Manage ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution of major end items and consumables.
• Forecast planning using inventory levels, lead time, and demand.
• Provide input to improve property management goals and objectives.
