Job summary

Team GDC ME is looking for a qualified candidate to manage property control in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment accountability in compliance with DoD and GDCME regulations, conducting property audits, and maintaining records for surplus equipment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in property management, must possess strong communication skills in English and Arabic, and be willing to complete mandatory medical exams and background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Post-Secondary Education or military training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property book management, supply, distribution, and warehousing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to communicate in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Administers property control management for accountability compliant with regulations.
• Conducts property audits and provides guidance on property accountability.
• Maintains property accountability records for surplus or obsolete equipment.
