Job summary

GDC ME is seeking a Property Control Specialist in Riyadh to administer property control programs ensuring equipment accountability per DoD and regulatory standards. You will maintain records, coordinate disposals and transfers, and perform audits to uphold compliance.

The role requires strong English and Arabic communication, a valid driver’s license, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Saudi labor regulations apply; medical and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of broad-based experience in property book management, supply, distribution and warehousing.
• Strong MS Office skills; ability to communicate in English and Arabic with customers.

Responsibilities

• Administers property control program activities to ensure accountability in compliance with DoD, FMS Saudi Arabia and GDCME regulations.
• Maintains property accountability records and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete equipment; posts documents and transfers equipment as required.
• Conducts property audits and provides guidance pertaining to property accountability.
