Job summary

GDC ME in Riyadh is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to ensure equipment readiness by managing ordering, stocking, issue, transfer and receipt of spares and consumables. The role supports the LSCM organization within GDC ME.

You will maintain warehouse inventory, prepare goods for transport, and comply with Saudi labor and safety requirements. A minimum of 3 years in supply, warehousing or packaging and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduate certificate or equivalent; years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of broad-based experience in the fields of supply, distribution, warehousing, or packaging is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. Ability to deal effectively with people in supervision of students. Strong organizational and work management skills. Possess a valid driver's license.
• Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
• Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions.
• Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test. ATSS program includes random testing.
• Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.

Responsibilities

• Performs logistical support functions for the GDCME/MNG Logistics/Supply Chain Management organization.
• Ensures equipment operational readiness by ordering, stocking, issuing, transferring and receiving spares and consumables.
• Maintains and warehouses inventory and performs automated parts operations; packs goods for transport.
