Job summary

GDC ME in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Property Control Specialist to administer and oversee property accountability for government, associate contractor, or company property in line with DoD, FMS Saudi Arabia, and GDCME policies. The role includes maintaining records, coordinating disposals and transfers, and leading property audits.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years in property book management and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Post-Secondary Education or military training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of broad-based experience in property book management, supply, distribution, and warehousing.
• Property Book Management Experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); ability to communicate in English and Arabic with customers; valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass medical examinations as required to obtain employment.
• Clean criminal record with no prior convictions as per Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administering property control management to ensure continual equipment accountability per DoD, FMS Saudi Arabia and GDCME regulations.
• Maintain property accountability records and determine condition; arrange disposal of surplus or obsolete equipment; post documents; handle lateral transfers of GDCME/MNG equipment.
• Conduct property audits and provide guidance pertaining to property accountability.
