Team GDC ME is looking for a qualified candidate to manage property control in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment accountability in compliance with DoD and GDCME regulations, conducting property audits, and maintaining records for surplus equipment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in property management, must possess strong communication skills in English and Arabic, and be willing to complete mandatory medical exams and background checks.

Responsible for administering property control management to ensure continual equipment accountability is IAW DoD, FMS Saudi Arabia and GDCME regulations. Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete equipment, posting documents, and lateral transfers of GDCME/MNG equipment. Conducts property audits; provides guidance pertaining to property accountability.
Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
