Job summary

BOUD ltd. is seeking a Head of Projects to lead the delivery of its technology, innovation, and consulting portfolio in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on execution excellence, governance, and strong stakeholder relationships with government, semi-government, and enterprise clients. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and engage with clients to set expectations, drive satisfaction, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management within technology, consulting, or digital transformation environments.
• Proven experience managing projects with government, semi-government, or enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira or similar project management platforms.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee multiple projects across technical and non-technical domains, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.
• Engage directly with clients to manage expectations, ensure alignment, and drive satisfaction.
• Establish and enforce project governance, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on project status and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and operational efficiency.
