Job summary

BOUD ltd. in Riyadh seeks a Head of Projects to lead the delivery of its technology, innovation, and consulting portfolio, driving execution excellence and governance across programs.

You will ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and quality, while maintaining strong governance structures and client satisfaction in high-stakes engagements. You will oversee multiple projects across technical and non-technical domains, engage with government and enterprise clients, and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management within technology, consulting, or digital transformation environments.
• Proven experience managing projects with government, semi-government, or enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira or similar project management platforms.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
