Job summary

Adree, a technology delivery arm, seeks a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects and digital solutions for the Saudi market. You will guide cross-functional teams across software development, QA, DevOps, and business analysis, ensuring timely, on-budget, and quality delivery for complex initiatives.

You will partner with clients and senior stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and enforce governance and excellent reporting. Saudi/GCC market familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6–8+ years in IT delivery, PM, software development, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 3 years in Delivery Manager/Delivery Lead or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in client-facing project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing external vendors and technology partners.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery.
• Understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and enterprise apps.
• Experience with technologies such as .NET, Azure, OutSystems, Creatio, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Strong project financial management, resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/SAFe).
• Experience in technology consultancy, system integrator, or client-site delivery.
• Saudi/GCC market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies and governance.
• Monitor progress via KPIs, SLAs, sprint velocity, burndown, defects, and milestones.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology partners.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, standards, quality, and compliance.
• Manage resources, capacity, workload, and delivery priorities.
• Track budget performance and ensure delivery stays within approved budget.
• Coordinate planning, status reporting, governance meetings, and executive updates.
• Oversee testing, QA, deployment, and client handover.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and post-implementation reviews.

Our subsidiary (Adree) is seeking a results-driven Delivery, Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and digital solutions, ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.

The role requires strong experience in IT delivery, software development, digital transformation, and managing cross-functional technical teams. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management to ensure successful project delivery across the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development, digital transformation, and IT projects from initiation through deployment and handover.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, QA, DevOps, business analysis, and other technical functions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, managing expectations, requirements, escalations, and delivery updates.
• Manage Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.
• Monitor project progress and delivery performance through KPIs, SLAs, sprint velocity, burndown, defect rates, and milestone completion.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies in a timely manner.
• Manage relationships with vendors, third-party providers, and technology partners.
