Job summary

Boud is seeking a senior Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end technology and AI projects for government and large enterprises in Saudi Arabia. You will challenge estimates, manage dependencies, and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.

This role requires a strong technical PM background and excellent governance, risk, and reporting skills. You will collaborate with engineering leads, product teams, data specialists, and commercial teams, ensuring delivery plans align with client

Qualifications

10+ years in project or program management.
Saudi national based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh preferred).
Strong technical PM background with architecture and integrations.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, design, data, and business.
Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of projects and workstreams.
Translate business objectives into delivery plans.
Define scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, governance, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
Track progress against scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and quality.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across technology, AI, product, UX/UI, data, business, and operations.
Prepare executive status reports and Steering Committee materials.
