The Delivery Manager will provide coordinated leadership across external areas where multiple construction packages and disciplines converge. The assignment may encompass roads, pedestrian environments, landscaping, irrigation, utilities, drainage, lighting, hardscape, softscape, street furniture, access routes, and other public realm infrastructure associated with the development. A central requirement of the role is managing interfaces. External areas frequently represent the final integration point between buildings, infrastructure networks, landscape works, transportation systems, and operational assets. The Delivery Manager will coordinate these dependencies, establish clear delivery priorities, resolve constraints, and drive work packages toward safe completion and handover.
The position is suited to an experienced project or construction delivery professional with a background in major infrastructure, urban development, public realm, external works, landscaping, civil engineering, or multidisciplinary construction programs. A bachelor 's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or another relevant technical discipline would provide a strong foundation for the role. Candidates should have practical experience managing packages that involve multiple external disciplines rather than a single isolated construction scope. Knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, pedestrian infrastructure, and site development interfaces will be particularly useful. The successful candidate should understand construction sequencing and recognize the dependencies between underground utilities, civil works, landscape infrastructure, surface treatments, testing, commissioning, and final completion. Strong experience coordinating contractors, consultants, designers, project controls personnel, quality teams, HSE professionals, and client stakeholders is important. The role requires the ability to identify delivery constraints early, establish clear priorities, make sound site decisions, and maintain progress across multiple concurrent work fronts. Previous involvement with giga-projects, large mixed-use developments, major public realm programs, transportation infrastructure, airports, or complex urban developments in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East would be advantageous.
Riyadh 's large-scale urban transformation is creating complex delivery environments where external areas must bring infrastructure, landscape, transportation, utilities, and public spaces together as a coordinated whole. This position provides an opportunity to manage those critical interfaces and influence how completed development areas function, connect, and transition into operation. The role offers broad exposure across multidisciplinary construction packages and provides an experienced delivery manager with responsibility for turning fragmented work fronts into coordinated, safe, high-quality, and handover-ready external environments.
