Job summary

Almarai, a world-leading dairy and FMCG company, is hiring for a Production Planner to create detailed production plans based on forecasts and orders, optimize utilization of processing and packing assets, and monitor plans across cycles.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years SAP ERP experience in FMCG, with strong planning, coordination, and cross-department communication. On-site in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–5 years’ SAP experience in FMCG.
• Strong ERP competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical plan for daily and weekly planning meetings.
• Aim for 100% optimization of processing/packing machines.
• Ensure plans conform to SOPs and avoid non-conformance.
• Communicate changes to relevant departments as needed.

About the Role:

To prepare the detailed Production plan based upon available forecast/actual sales order requirements, to establish effective utilization of processing and packing machine assets, and to monitor the plan throughout its cycle communicating where necessary any changes to the respective departments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide practical plan for daily and weekly planning meetings which meet as many requirements as possible.
• Target 100% optimization of processing /packing machines
• Avoid non-conformance and concessions by ensuring every processing /packing plan adhering to the norms and standard outlined by standard operating procedures
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in an SAP environment, experience FMCG environment

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• High level of competency within an ERP environment
