Job summary

Almarai is seeking a data entry professional with SAP experience to ensure accurate data input and coordination across teams. The role covers supervising depot facilities, monitoring canteen and catering services, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment for employees in the region.

The candidate will require a diploma, at least one year in data entry or transaction reporting, familiarity with supply chain concepts, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, transaction reporting, or a similar role with SAP proficiency.
• Basic knowledge about Supply Chain division.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Competencies include interpersonal relations, communication, job knowledge, willingness to innovate, teamwork and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise external services for Depot facilities, open areas, parking areas and building surroundings to ensure a better work environment.
• Monitor hygienic, quality and cost-effective canteen and catering services for all employees in the region.
• Ensure ongoing cleaning of depots, office carpets and open areas, pest control, and related services to provide a safe, dust-free environment.
