Job summary

Decima International is seeking a Project Controls & Reporting Engineer to support large-scale Data Center projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting, collaborating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate information and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
5–8 years of construction project controls, planning, or scheduling experience.
Strong understanding of planning, scheduling and project-controls principles.
Experience on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects and proficiency in Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
Establish WBS, CPM baselines, and IMS with baseline management.
Update weekly/monthly schedules to reflect progress.
Monitor progress against baselines and milestones; analyze critical paths.
Support resource and cost loading; perform progress reporting and dashboards.
Prepare project-control reports: progress curves, KPI dashboards, look-ahead schedules.
