Job summary

Decima International is seeking a driven Project Controls & Reporting Engineer to support large-scale data center projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting, working with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate information and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of construction project controls, planning, or scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and project-controls principles.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects; strong Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish and maintain WBS, CPM baselines, and IMS.
• Update weekly and monthly schedules reflecting progress.
• Analyze variances, risks, and critical-path activities; monitor progress.
• Support resource and cost loading; assist in KPI reporting.
• Prepare project-control reports: KPIs, look-ahead schedules, and dashboards.
• Support Earned Value Management and progress-measurement activities.
• Coordinate with teams to track long-lead equipment and interfaces.
