Job summary

Decima International is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to lead cost control and quantity surveying for a major data center project onsite in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee budgets, forecasts, and variances, and report to the PMC Lead / Site Director, ensuring cost integrity and timely reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in cost management with strong leadership, contractor review experience, and proficiency in Excel and cost-management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and professional accreditation.
• 10+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
• 8+ years on major construction or capital projects.
• 6+ years in senior cost-control roles, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control and quantity surveying activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cost plans, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Review contractor valuations, variations, and change orders for accuracy.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate with controls, procurement, engineering, and construction teams.
