Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking a senior Project Controls Lead for large-scale Data Centre programmes in Riyadh. You will develop robust schedules, oversee planning standards, and mentor junior staff across multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and value realization.

You will leverage Primavera P6 and advanced controls tools to forecast, report, and optimize performance, collaborating with client teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, regional environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Data Centre planning, scheduling and controls experience.
• Proven ability to develop and manage integrated master schedules.
• Experience in a PMC, construction consultancy, or client-side environment.
• Professional accreditation with APM, PMI, PSP, or AACE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling across major Data Centre programmes from design through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules aligned with programme objectives.
• Establish project controls and planning standards across multiple projects.
• Monitor progress and schedule performance against baselines.
• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Provide forecasting and scenario analysis to support client decisions.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and planning presentations.
