Job summary

FNRCO in Jeddah is seeking a Data & AI Platform Section Head to lead engineering, delivery, and operations of enterprise data and AI platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure in line with digital priorities.

You will drive the platform strategy, oversee provisioning and data flows, enable analytics and AI adoption, and report progress to the Enterprise Platform, Apps & Analytics Manager while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a related field or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent required.
• Preferred Certifications: DAMA CDMP, TOGAF, Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Cloud & Platform Certifications.
• Professional data & AI platform experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Data & AI Platform Strategy & Roadmap Execution: translate strategies into engineering roadmaps.
• Platform Engineering & Operations Oversight: lead engineering, deployment, and operations for data and AI platforms.
• AI/Analytics Enablement & Adoption: enable analytics, AI, and reporting with high-quality data.
• Integration & Data Flow Management: ensure data integration and data flow across systems.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: provide updates on roadmap, risks, and modernization priorities.
• Policies, Processes and Procedures: ensure compliance and drive process improvements.
• People Management: mentor and coach subordinates and promote high performance.
