Job summary

Saudi Air Navigation Services seeks a senior Platform Lead to manage engineering, delivery, and operations of the SANS data and AI platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable systems aligned with enterprise digital priorities and reporting.

You will guide roadmaps, oversee deployment and data flows across apps and analytics teams, mentor staff, and drive adoption of standards, governance, and automation to improve platform maturity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a related field or equivalent.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or equivalent is required.
• Preferred certifications include CDMP, TOGAF, Agile, cloud, and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate data/AI strategies into actionable roadmaps and platform enablement.
• Lead engineering, deployment, and operational support for data and AI platforms.
• Enable analytics and AI adoption by ensuring high‑quality, accessible data.
• Manage data integration, APIs, and data flow across systems.
• Ensure security, resilience, and performance of platforms.
• Provide updates on roadmap, risks, and modernization priorities.
• Mentor subordinates, set priorities, and foster a high‑performance environment.
