Job summary

Sarj | سرج is seeking an AI deployment lead to coordinate delivery from requirements to deployment, interfacing with customers, product, and engineering teams.

You will translate needs into clear technical specifications, manage expectations, and guide data scientists, engineers, and product leads to deliver impactful AI solutions in a fast-growing Saudi startup, across multiple projects, oversee sprints and timelines, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role involving technical delivery or consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data workflows, and model deployment.
• Ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Experience working with customers and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Calm under pressure when dealing with demanding customers.
• Proven delivery and project-management skills with ownership.
• Excellent attention to detail while managing multiple moving parts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including resetting expectations.
• Good judgment on when to push, compromise, or say no.
• Willingness to challenge both customers and internal teams constructively.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify high-impact problems and define AI-driven product features to address them.
• Convert customer requirements into clear technical specifications and use cases for internal teams.
• Oversee sprints and project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality solution delivery.
• Bridge between customers and internal teams including data scientists, engineers, and product leads.
