Kinetic Business Solutions in Jeddah is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders, shipments and after-sales support. The role supports sales, coordinates with logistics and ensures accurate records.

Due to nationalization, the position is open to Saudi nationals only. The ideal candidate holds a business degree and 2–3 years in customer service, with strong communication and proficiency in SAP, Excel and Outlook.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2-3 years' experience in Customer Service.
Experience with order management, logistics or after-sales support.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in Jeddah.

Responsabilidades

Manage customer orders, shipments, invoices, pricing and product availability.
Coordinate shipments with logistics and follow up on delivery requirements.
Provide after-sales support, including returns, replacements, spare parts and claims.
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams on customer set-up, billing, logistics and account issues.
Support sales activities and customer events.
Process returns, credit and debit notes.
Monitor blocked accounts and coordinate with Credit Control to resolve shipment issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
