Job summary

Riyad Bank in Riyadh is looking for a CRM analytics professional to build, maintain and enhance a CRM database to generate customer insights and develop CRM-driven initiatives.

You will work with IT to update the CRM, analyze data and develop campaigns with sales while communicating insights to business units to drive informed decisions.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology are required.

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

To build, maintain and enhance a CRM database in order to generate and analyze customer insights and develop CRM-driven initiatives.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Builds, maintains and enhances CRM database in collaboration with IT to ensure that the updates are incorporated and reflected.
• Develops algorithms and analyzes customer data to identify business opportunities while continuously looking for business insights.
• Understands the business impact of the analysis made and communicates to concerned business units in order to assist in decision making process.
• Communicates with various business units and works with designated champions to collect and analyze data in order to successfully implement CRM-driven initiatives.
• Works with sales staff to develop campaigns and capture key learning's to ensure that concerned parties are well informed, trained and updated.
• Collaborates with other functions to understand business needs, solicit feedback in improving CRM systems and drive key initiatives.
• Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
