Job summary

ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEMS PROJECTS is seeking a project coordinator in Jeddah to manage multi-stakeholder activities, documentation, and field logistics. You will organize meetings, track actions, and ensure timely responses to RFIs while maintaining accurate project records.

The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of mechanical construction packages, and a track record of delivering results with accountability. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or construction roles.
• Knowledge of mechanical construction packages and execution workflows preferred.
• Demonstrates excellence in delivering results and takes accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between Client, Consultant, Contractors, and External Departments.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, logs, reports, and correspondence.
• Follow up on RFIs with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
• Organize and coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure by responsible parties.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related resources.
• Coordinate and process site gate passes for manpower, equipment, and project-related materials to ensure smooth site access and mobilization.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on equipment requests to ensure the availability of required resources for project execution.
• Coordinate and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) applications and approvals in compliance with project and HSE requirements.
