Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh seeks an early-career Project Engineer Coordinator to support engineering activities, technical submissions, RFIs, design coordination, and document tracking on a complex infrastructure program.

You will track deliverables, manage technical records, and facilitate cross-discipline coordination with engineering, construction, BIM, and project controls teams to keep milestones on track and ensure timely issue resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in engineering coordination, RFIs, submittals, and design reviews.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary infrastructure projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day engineering activities under the direction of the Project Engineer or Engineering Manager.
• Facilitate technical communication between Engineering, Construction, Consultants, Contractors, and Project Management teams.
• Maintain engineering action registers and follow up outstanding technical matters through closure.
• Coordinate RFIs, Technical Queries, design clarifications, and engineering instructions.
• Track engineering submissions through review, commenting, revision, approval, and final issuance stages.
• Maintain Engineering Deliverables Registers, Drawing Registers, and technical trackers.
• Ensure drawings and specs are distributed to the correct disciplines for review.
• Check incoming submissions for completeness before routing them through the review workflow.
• Follow up with discipline engineers and contractors on overdue responses and unresolved comments.
• Liaise with BIM personnel regarding model coordination and design interfaces.
