Job summary

The role requires coordinating with project managers, finance, legal and document control teams to ensure timely submissions, accurate reporting and realistic timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Administration, HR or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project administration or project control functions in a consulting or engineering environment.
• Experience with multinational project teams and clients.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Deltek or similar software for project controls.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and redevelop integrated project monitoring tools and schedules across all project phases.
• Create and maintain trackers in coordination with project managers and document control teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical delivery teams for timely deliverables.
• Lead formatting of documents for internal review and client submissions.
• Attend client meetings and workshops to assist with records of decisions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing matters and document submission.
• Coordinate with legal to arrange contract reviews and CRM record updates.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and resource plans.
• Track budgets and discuss variances with project managers.
• Assist with reporting on resource allocations and productivity.
