Job summary
leading-edge is seeking a Corporate Banking Digitization Expert for a 3-month project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will drive the digitization of corporate banking products and set a data‑driven roadmap to improve customer experience and efficiency.
You will benchmark against global best practices, define priorities, and evaluate outsourcing vs. insourcing while collaborating with product, technology, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking, or Risk Management (Engineering/Logistics degrees with finance experience may be considered)
- Master's degree (MBA, MSc Finance/Banking) preferred
- Certifications such as CFA, FRM, CLFP are plus
Responsibilities
- Identify corporate banking products for digitization based on market trends and benchmarks.
- Conduct gap analysis to align offerings with global best practices.
- Leverage insights from leading banks and fintechs to drive innovation.
- Develop a customer-centric digitization roadmap for corporate banking products.
- Implement APIs, AI/ML, and automation to enable digital capabilities.
- Provide recommendations for outsourcing vs. insourcing.
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations and compliance teams for delivery.
- Manage third-party vendors for digital initiatives.
- Define KPIs to track success.
- Continuously analyze and optimize digital banking solutions.
