Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant with banking experience to drive high-impact transformation projects and support growth initiatives. The role requires a top-tier consulting background, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced banking environment.

The position is onsite in Riyadh, with immediate joiner potential and a preference for candidates with Big Four or similar consulting experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in strategic business transformation in Banking.
Previous experience at a recognised consulting firm (Big Four, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar).
Strong background in business strategy, market assessment, and transformation projects in Banking.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Middle East markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic assessments and develop actionable recommendations to solve complex business challenges.
Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Prepare structured reports and presentations for executive-level stakeholders.
Drive implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Support client teams in translating strategy into operational plans.
