Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd is seeking a Digital & Strategy Consultant for a focused 3-month, on-site engagement in Riyadh. The consultant will drive digital transformation, design customer journeys, and craft executive-ready recommendations for financial services and payments products.

You will leverage strong Excel modelling, stakeholder collaboration, and executive communication to deliver actionable insights within a fast-paced consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience, including Big 4 or Tier 2 consulting background.
• Proven delivery in digital transformation and business strategy engagements.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital channels, and experience design.
• Prior experience in financial services is essential.
• Exposure to SME banking, retail banking or digital banking preferred.
• Analytical outputs, strategic recommendations, and senior-management presentations.
• Advanced Excel for analysis, modelling, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong presentation development and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital & Strategy team in delivering transformation and strategy engagements.
• Analyze business challenges, customer needs, market dynamics, and opportunities.
• Assess and redesign customer journeys across products and channels.
• Develop strategic recommendations with quantitative and qualitative support.
• Build robust Excel models and trackers for decision-making.
• Create executive-ready presentations with options and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, digital, and operations.
• Support workshops and document outcomes; manage workstreams and timelines.
• Bring financial-services perspectives and practical consulting approaches.
