Job summary

PayTech Group seeks an experienced Digital & Strategy Consultant for a focused 3-month, on-site engagement in Riyadh. The role involves supporting digital transformation, refining customer journeys, and delivering data-driven strategic recommendations.

Strong Excel modelling and stakeholder collaboration are essential. Candidates should have 5-8 years in financial services or fintech, with prior Big 4 or Tier 2 consulting exposure, and excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience in Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or FinTech industry.
• Regional experience in a fast-paced matrix organisation.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital & Strategy team in delivering digital transformation and business strategy engagements.
• Conduct structured analysis of business challenges, customer needs, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities.
• Assess and redesign customer journeys across products, services, and digital channels.
• Identify pain points and opportunities to design target-state experiences.
• Develop strategic recommendations backed by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Build Excel models, analyses, and trackers to support decisions.
• Create executive-ready presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
