Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a banking sector team in Riyadh on an onsite 6-month contract (extendable). The role focuses on gathering and validating business requirements, bridging business and IT, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards to support project goals.

You will map processes, analyze data, support AML/KYC compliance, and work with stakeholders to drive digital transformation and regulatory compliance across banking operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with AML and KYC compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for banking products and services.
• Translate banking requirements into technical specifications and data models.
• Develop data models, flowcharts, and process diagrams to communicate findings.
