Job summary

Core Labs is seeking a Business Officer to support the smooth operation of its non-technical business and administrative functions. You will work closely with lab directors and Shared Services to ensure continuity, compliance, and service excellence across multiple sites.

You will identify operational risks, propose practical solutions, assist with SOP development, and provide cover for other Business Officers as needed to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administrative and business operations for Core Labs, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution.
• Coordinate with Core Lab Directors, Shared Services teams, and other stakeholders to support operational objectives and facilitate communication.
• Handle key administrative tasks including travel arrangements, onboarding, office logistics, and inventory management.
• Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, liaising with HR, and assisting with hiring workflows.
• Oversee procurement, shopping carts, reimbursements, invoices, and financial reporting while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare quotations, manage contracts with Legal, and maintain accurate business documentation.
• Identify operational risks, propose solutions, escalate decisions when needed, and support process improvements and SOP development.
