Kidana | كدانة is seeking a compliance professional to support the execution of the organization’s compliance program in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities, assisting in policy implementation, regulatory research, and investigations to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in compliance and governance, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct regulatory research and track changes in relevant laws and standards.

• Execute compliance monitoring activities under manager supervision.
• Perform testing of controls and document findings.
• Support internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Collect and analyze compliance data for reporting purposes.
• Assist in investigating potential compliance violations.
• Help prepare compliance reports for management review.
• Support the development of compliance training materials.
• Help deliver compliance awareness sessions to employees.

Functional Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• Conduct regulatory research and track changes in relevant laws and standards
• Help prepare and update compliance documentation (policies, manuals, reports)
• Execute compliance monitoring activities under manager supervision
• Perform testing of controls and document findings
• Support internal compliance audits and risk assessments

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.

Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred):

GRC Professional, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Information Privacy Professional, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in compliance and governance specialist or related fields is preferred.
