Job summary

Riyad Bank in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Business Analysis Manager to supervise the Core Banking program and related projects. You will lead the program charter, governance, and budgeting while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless rollout and minimal disruption to transformation activities.

Responsibilities include managing scope, timelines, and resources, enforcing PMO standards, and delivering high-quality outputs to IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking or Computer science is required.
• PGMP or PFMP certification is preferable.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in program/project management.

Responsibilities

• To supervise the transformation and modernization of the new core banking program and projects.
• To develop the Program charter and governance in line with Riyad Bank policies.
• To manage program scope, timelines, budget and resources across the portfolio.
• To ensure PMO standards are followed and project lifecycle is adhered to from initiation to closure.
• To report program updates to Senior Management and maintain stakeholder communications.
• To onboard resources with the required skill set and expertise and coordinate with stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Administration / Banking / Computer science
