Job summary

Tarabut Gateway in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Project Manager to run two to three key bank programmes with major Saudi banks. You will own programme milestones, dependencies and risk, while managing senior client relationships and coordinating with product and commercial teams to accelerate time-to-market.

You will own the weekly governance cadence, drive go-live gates with compliance, and travel regularly to Riyadh and Bahrain as needed. Fluency in Arabic is required, English preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential: 6+ years in project or programme management, incl. at least 4 years delivering with banks or financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.
• Senior client relationships experience, with proven account growth, not just planning.
• Hands-on, proactive; can drill into details to unblock stalled workstreams.
• Rally cross-functional teams and maintain cadence across the org chart.
• Understand core systems, APIs, and integration delivery to test estimates and spot slippage early.
• Arabic language required; fluent English preferred.
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.

Tarabut is the Middle East s regulated open banking platform licensed by SAMA in Saudi Arabia the CBUAE in the UAE and the CBB in Bahrain We connect banks lenders and fintechs to financial data and payments infrastructure and we re building embedded finance distribution across the region including our SME lending business in Saudi Arabia We re hiring a Project Manager to run our bank programmes in the Kingdom You ll run two to three of our most important programmes at once partnering with tier-1 Saudi banks to get products to market quickly You ll work across stakeholders from the C-suite to integration managers own the client relationships and work with our product and commercial teams to grow those accounts This role is based in Jeddah reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and involves regular travel to Riyadh and Bahrain strong

Requirements

EssentialYou have at least 6 years in project or programme management, including at least 4 years delivering with banks or financial institutions in Saudi ArabiaYou have held senior client relationships and grown an account, not just administered a planYou are proactive to the point of hands-on, and when a workstream stalls you get into the detail and move it, whatever the org chart saysYou bring people with you, and internal and client teams follow your cadence because it works, not because it is mandatedYou understand core systems, APIs and integration delivery well enough to test an estimate and spot slippage a month before it landsArabic is a must, and fluent English is strongly preferredYou are based in Jeddah or ready to relocate

Delivery experience with banks elsewhere in the GCCOpen banking, lending or payments domain experienceRelationships inside GCC banks that you built and keptYou are fluent with AI tooling and current on what the latest LLMs can and cannot do, using them to run programmes faster while knowing when output needs a human passExperience taking a regulated product through go-live with SAMA or CBB supervised institutions
