Job summary

CreditNinja - KMD Partners, LLC is seeking a driven Contractor Onboarding & Access Management Coordinator in Saudi Arabia. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, verify documents, coordinate IDs/badges, and ensure compliant access provisioning for contractors and temporary staff.

The role requires coordinating with IT, security, HR, and project teams while maintaining trackers and meeting SLAs. Banking environment experience is highly valued; information security and IAM awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals only.
• 1–3 years of relevant onboarding, IT onboarding, access management, HR operations, IT coordination, or similar experience.
• Experience with contractors, consultants, vendors, or temporary resources in a large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end onboarding processes and access provisioning workflows.
• Experience coordinating with IT Infrastructure, IAM, Information Security, Service Desk, and application teams.
• Experience raising and tracking IT access requests and approvals.
• Banking or financial services environment experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for contractors and temporary resources.
• Ensure onboarding activities are completed before joining dates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to collect onboarding information and verify documents.
• Maintain onboarding records and trackers; schedule inductions and orientations.
• Raise and track system access requests; ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate with Infra, IAM, Security and application owners to provision access.
• Coordinate issuance of IDs, badges, and physical access before Day 1.
• Maintain centralized trackers; monitor SLAs and reporting for stakeholders.
• Ensure access complies with bank policies and least-privilege controls.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate blockers as needed.
