Job summary

CreditNinja - KMD Partners, LLC in Riyadh seeks an Interview Process & Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding readiness across vendors, project teams, hiring managers, and customers.

You will optimize processes, track metrics, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure Day-1 readiness while coordinating with stakeholders in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, staffing coordination, or HR operations.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource requests from Delivery Leads, Project Managers, and Customers to fulfill staffing needs.
• Manage end-to-end interview process including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection.
• Act as the primary contact between staffing vendors, hiring managers, project teams, and Customers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, interview schedules, dashboards, and status reports.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and ensure timely completion of interviews and approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding and Day-1 readiness for deployments to projects.
