Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years managing collaboration solutions and platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall landscape for collaboration solutions on-premise and cloud.
• Ensure tools, processes, and procedures support performance, security and continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors for collaboration solution implementation and support.
• Supervise third parties to meet SLA, processes and security.
• Align collaboration components with enterprise and solution architectures.
• Develop security roles and access controls for collaboration platforms.
• Oversee transition from design/deploy to operations and handover.
• Establish change management controls to minimize production disruption.
• Develop QA plans to ensure standards and best practices.
• Analyze platform performance and tune to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Plan resiliency and disaster recovery configurations.
• Develop backup and recovery strategies for collaboration solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot incidents to meet resolution targets.
• Ensure information security policies are implemented for collaboration platforms.
• Support end-to-end procurement of collaboration platforms and services.
• Update procedures for backup, security, monitoring, patching and deployment.
• Deliver awareness campaigns to promote adoption and efficient usage.
• Report plans, performance, SLAs and incidents to senior management.
