Islamic Development Bank seeks a Digital Business Development Lead to align digital initiatives with organizational strategy, lead software development, and manage partnerships with technology vendors and industry players. The role requires steering projects on time, budget, and quality while guiding KPI tracking and performance optimization.

The candidate will oversee architecture, coding standards, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable

Formación

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in product development, 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Languages: English mandatory; Arabic and French preferred.

Responsabilidades

Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to the development team.
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of development projects with timelines and resources.
Drive architectural design for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment with continuous improvement.
Coordinate with product managers, business analysts, and clients on requirements and priorities.
Identify and mitigate technical risks; ensure timely issue resolution.
Create technical documentation including design docs and diagrams.
