Job summary

Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) seeks a Collaboration Operations Specialist in Jeddah to implement and operate collaboration solutions on‑premise and cloud per IT policies. You will ensure SLA/KPI adherence and secure, available platforms for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and at least five years with Microsoft 365, strong security practice, and English fluency. Arabic/French preferred; fixed-term contract in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing collaboration solutions and platforms based on Microsoft 365.
• English mandatory; Arabic and French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall landscape for collaboration solutions on-premise and cloud, ensuring availability and security.
• Ensure tools, processes and procedures meet performance targets and security controls.
• Coordinate with vendors to select and manage third-party collaboration services.
• Supervise third parties delivering collaboration operations to meet SLAs and security requirements.
• Oversee integration of collaboration components with enterprise architectures.
