Experience leading pre-opening HR activities and staffing mobilization.
Proven track record of building leadership teams and organizational structures.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute cluster-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and brand requirements.
Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning for multiple hotels.
Oversee pre-opening HR budgets, staffing plans, and onboarding programs.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and talent development across properties.
Partner with government authorities and educational institutions to build talent pipelines.
