Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 seeks a Cluster Director of Human Resources to lead people strategies for multiple hotels, from pre-opening through stabilization. The role partners with hotel leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and high-performance culture across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in hospitality HR, strong pre-opening experience, and deep knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and Saudization.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in hospitality or service industries.
Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong pre-opening experience including workforce planning, recruitment mobilization, HR systems implementation, and opening readiness activities.
Strong understanding of Saudi labor legislation and Saudization requirements.
Experience managing large-scale recruitment and workforce mobilization programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cluster-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and hotel operating models.
Lead all HR pre-opening activities from handover through opening and stabilization.
Oversee Saudization, compliance, workforce planning, and talent development across the portfolio.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and succession planning across multiple properties.
Manage HR budgets, manpower planning, and cost controls for the cluster.
