Qualifications

Proven experience leading engineering functions within hotels or large facilities.
Experience supporting hotel pre-openings, handover, commissioning, snagging and readiness activities.
Strong OS&E validation, procurement, spare parts planning and operational readiness knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering, maintenance and facilities management across hotel cluster to ensure safe, reliable operations.
Develop strategies aligning with business objectives, brand requirements and asset value.
Oversee pre-opening budgets and ensure readiness activities are completed on time and within budget.
Manage preventive maintenance, lifecycle planning and capital expenditure programs.
Drive energy management, sustainability and ESG initiatives across properties.
Establish emergency plans and business continuity measures for hotels.
