Job summary

Caliberly in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate workforce solutions across staffing and outsourcing services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, sales support, or CRM.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, manpower outsourcing, HR services or professional services.
• Experience managing corporate clients and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of recruitment processes, workforce solutions, and service delivery.
• Experience preparing client presentations, reports, proposals, and account updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools preferred.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with clients in Saudi Arabia or GCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their objectives.
• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing solutions.
• Address client concerns and manage escalations within agreed timelines.
• Support account growth, retention, and proposal development.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams on vacancies and timelines.
• Ensure documentation of job requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Prepare account reports, track KPIs, and maintain CRM records.
• Support commercial discussions, renewals, and scope adjustments.
