Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a senior AI Technology & Data Lead in Riyadh to drive the technical vision and architecture across the organization’s AI portfolio. You will lead solution design, data architecture, and MLOps practices while hands-on contributing to complex AI initiatives.

Requires 8+ years in tech with 3+ years in leadership, strong Python/SQL skills, and hands-on experience with AI/ML in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in technology, including 3+ years in technical leadership, architecture, or engineering leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience across AI/ML engineering, data engineering, software architecture, APIs, cloud, and enterprise integration.
• Proven experience designing and productionizing AI/ML or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for AI, data, and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures, integration solutions, and delivery plans.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable architectures for APIs, data pipelines, cloud services, AI/ML, security, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor engineers and delivery teams on AI, data, cloud, software engineering, and MLOps practices.
